Owner, Founder and Clinical Director

Ashley is the proud owner and the driving force behind Infinite Abilities, LLC. With a passion for creating meaningful change and a strong foundation in evidence-based practices, Ashley has built Infinite Abilities on the principles of compassion, collaboration, and most importantly the individual needs and well-being of the clients. 

As a Licensed, Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 12 years of expertise in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in homes, schools, clinics, and telehealth settings, as well as a mother of a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Ashley has worked extensively with individuals ages 2 to 18 years old with autism and other developmental disabilities, helping them to achieve their goals and unlock their full potential. Ashley's leadership ensures that every aspect of Infinite Abilities reflects a commitment to quality care, innovation, and individualized support for clients and their families.

Ashley oversees all aspects of the organization, from program development and team training to ensuring the highest standards of client care are met. Ashley's vision is to deliver exceptional ABA services and create a supportive community for families and a rewarding workplace for staff. Ashley strongly believes that ABA therapy is about the client, their progress, and ensuring families have the support they need! Clients, families, and staff always come first at Infinite Abilities! 

Beyond Infinite Abilities, Ashley is a dedicated mother to two children, one of which is diagnosed with autism, and the wife of a US Air Force Veteran. She is a huge advocate for the autism and military communities and often participates in local outreach and educational initiatives as well as professional conferences. In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband,  daughters, and 2 dogs, as well as reading and listening to audiobooks. 

Ashley is the current president of ABA Success Partners™ - a nonprofit organization that provides study materials and scholarships for students seeking certification in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Ashley is also an active member of the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI) and the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts (APABA).
